Hey, I’m Jacob, founder and director of the Hundred Year Plan, an online physical rehabilitation clinic operating from Vancouver, Canada.


A physical rehabilitation therapist, I work with clients from all backgrounds, including professional athletes, elite dancers and performers, and physicians.


With 17 years of clinical practice and over 10 years of training, I have amassed more than 10,000 experiential hours with thousands of clients. I am certified in 9 modalities, including multiple branches of Osteopathic Work, Developmental Movement, Patterning, and Rehabilitation Pilates.

I integrate this knowledge with a treatment approach that combines Osteopathic Manual Therapy, Posture and Biomechanical Analysis and Correction, Joint Mobilization, Cranial Therapy, Visceral Mobilization, and Neurological Programming.


Based on the premise that most pain is a compensation pattern for injury and joint misalignment, my treatment model targets the underlying source of pain through intervention in the brain-body-mind feedback loop, designed to open and align joints and strengthen neuromuscular systems.


During my more than 10 years of study, I was fortunate to spend 4 years immersed in training on the principles and practice of the Huna (Shaman of Hawaii) It was during this time that I found a clear means to bridging the Energetic and the Physical.


The Huna Philosophy, that pain, discomfort and complex conditions all start as mal-alignment at the level of the High Self gave me insight and clarity that was previously unavailable.


By focusing on numerous practices that grounded me “Back into My Body,” I was able to verify that this practice was more than interesting, it became a pillar in my multidisciplinary approach to well-being.

We have Physical, Emotional and Mental aspects to our being, and these map over the Low, Middle and High selves - so the sessions work for the more Rational or Logical types as well. All you really need is a quiet space and a headset.

  • I have a lot of other projects going on in my Life; what if I don't have time?
